W+iD Happy Hour with IKM

Event Recap:

IKM was honored to host a happy hour as part of the growing Women in Design+ organization. Our office is pretty evenly split by gender. At each level of experience, women are represented, though like most firms, our female population skews towards the younger age brackets. Regardless of age or level, we all need support, sponsorship, and camaraderie. It was clear to us that WiD+ is an excellent venue for those opportunities. So we jumped in with both feet.
