W+iD Happy Hour with Strada

Event Recap:

The Strada Happy Hour began with mingling and a survey scavenger hunt with five stations set throughout the office that sought targeted data and encouraged discussion. The collected data was intended for use in identifying goals and objectives of the group and to highlight topics where women find the greatest disparities and challenges in their workplaces.

The second portion of the evening was a presentation compiled by the women of Strada, presented by Chelsey Atkins and Joanna Berchielli, highlighting women who inspire them via their role as activists, disrupters, nurturers, leaders, or innovators. Strada saw almost 100% participation in the event preparation and attendance from their female employees, as well as a record number of attendees.
