"Ment" to Be

On Thursday, June 14th, WTW Architects kicked off our mentoring initiative at their great new space on Washington's Landing. Check out some of the pics here and stay tuned for more mentorship opportunities and resources!

We participated in a "speed mentoring" activity in twos and threes on the lovely back patio. Great opportunities to meet new folks, reconnect with friends, and enjoy the outdoors!

We rotated every few minutes which encouraged us to get to meaningful conversation quickly. The intimacy of the one-on-one conversations helped us get to know each other in a short time frame.

It wouldn't be a W+iD happy hour without cheese! Many thanks for the snacks and drinks! WTW also provided contact sheets where folks could keep track of the connections made and make following up easier.
